Our client is seeking to recruit an analytical and detail-oriented PSP Specialist to join their team in Limassol. In this role you will optimize payment processes, to ensure regulatory compliance, and to drive efficiency in the organizations payment systems.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze approval rates across payment methods and track account balances to ensure optimal performance.
- Leverage payment systems to improve deposit conversion rates.
- Identify payment-related issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them effectively.
- Provide insights and guidance to teams regarding decline reasons and alternative payment methods.
- Conduct research, negotiate contracts, and onboard new payment providers to expand and enhance payment options.
- Perform accurate settlement calculations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Manage and implement changes required to meet compliance and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in a similar role, ideally within the payments or financial operations sector.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills and a solid analytical mindset.
- Background in the gaming industry would be considered as advantage.
- Must hold European citizenship.
