Your Responsibilities

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is crucial
- Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn about our products and services
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
