Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Dig trenches, mix concrete, and perform general labor tasks as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Help with the assembly and installation of structures, fixtures, and equipment
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople and support them in their tasks
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Adhere to project timelines and goals, assisting where necessary to ensure efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
