In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of public spaces within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces
- Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
- Restock supplies in public bathrooms and common areas as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a high level of service satisfaction
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations and positive outcomes
Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Physical stamina and capability to lift and move heavy objects
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
