Recroo is looking for Agriculture Assistants, specifically Fruit and Vegetable Pickers, to join our lients' team. In this role, you will assist with the harvesting of fresh produce, ensuring that all fruits and vegetables are picked efficiently and safely to meet production goals. Responsibilities
- Harvest a variety of fruits and vegetables, ensuring that they are picked at peak ripeness
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in the fields
- Sort and pack harvested produce for distribution
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure only the best products are selected
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and other agricultural tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in agriculture or farm work is a plus, but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure fruit and vegetable quality
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed
