Recroo is looking for skilled IT System Administrators to join our clients' technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of IT systems and networks, ensuring seamless operations and security across all platforms. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
- Assist in the deployment and installation of software and hardware systems
- Ensure data security and backup processes are in place and functioning effectively
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in system administration
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
Requirements
- Certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and server management
- Experience with network protocols, security, and cloud services
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus
