We are currently on the lookout for our Breakfast Chef to come join us here at NOA.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be assisting with the growth of our food offering, menu, and workflow design.
It goes without saying that our food will be excellent, tasty, and modern.
This is a Full-Time role.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assisting in menu planning, implementation, and execution
- Controlling food preparation and managing wastage for your section.
- Leading by example as a hands-on-chef with excellent quality assurance and standards.
- Assist in the development through innovative and original menu planning and maintenance of high food standards
- Establishing and maintaining effective employee working relationships at all times
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
- Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
- Ensure all mis-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time.
- Ensure all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
- Personal grooming and appearance standards are met regarding cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene.
- Actively share ideas, opinions, and suggestions in daily shift briefings
- Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate.
About you:
As our newest Breakfast Chef, you will have an outgoing personality who loves to transform guest experiences into an inspiring journey discovery.
You will ideally have several years’ experience as a Demi Chef or are currently working as a CDP, looking to take on the next challenge in a unique environment.
You will have a bright and bubbly attitude that will fit in with our fun and friendly kitchen team.
