- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communication
- Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products and services
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain professionalism

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential
