Role Overview
As a German Speaking VIP Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturingrelationships with our high-value players. You will ensure that our VIP customers receive top-tierservice and engagement, enhancing their overall experience and loyalty to our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP players, providing personalizedsupport and communication in German.
Create tailored engagement strategies to enhance player loyalty and satisfaction. Monitor VIP players' activities and gaming patterns to identify opportunities for upselling
and cross-selling. Organize exclusive promotions, events, and experiences for VIP customers. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns for VIP
segments. Act as the primary point of contact for VIP inquiries, resolving issues promptly and
efficiently. Analyze player data and feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve VIP
programs. Prepare regular reports on VIP performance, engagement, and trends to share with
management.
Requirements
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken). Minimum of 1 year of experience in a VIP or customer relationship management role,
preferably within the iGaming industry. Strong understanding of the iGaming market and player behavior. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools.
