Responsibilities
- Explore and understand various career opportunities tailored for Nordic speakers in Greece
- Assist clients in preparing for their relocation, including guidance with housing, legal requirements, and settling into a new culture
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their career aspirations and help match them with suitable positions
- Work closely with leading companies in Greece to promote and secure opportunities for Nordic-speaking candidates
- Provide personalized support throughout the recruitment process and assist with any queries related to relocation
- Foster relationships with clients and employers to enhance service delivery and career success
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience in recruitment, customer service, or career coaching is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and employers
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced international environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture
- Familiarity with the Greek job market and working conditions is a plus
