- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat in Irish
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information about airline policies, services, and promotions
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with remote teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay informed about airline updates and industry regulations to assist customers accurately
Requirements
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel sector, is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in using technology and remote communication tools
- Ability to work independently with self-discipline in a remote setting
- Knowledge of airline operations and basic travel procedures is advantageous
