Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding electricity services, billing, and account management
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information about services, promotions, and company policies
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek (both spoken and written) is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Interest in the utility sector is advantageous
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus
