Responsibilities

Assist waitstaff in setting up tables and ensuring they are clean and presentable for guests
Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide them with menus
Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring a prompt and courteous service
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints
Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests
Work closely with the waitstaff team to provide a seamless dining experience

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette
