This position is responsible for executing the brand's marketing strategy and supporting the consumer journey by combining all communication and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of the product line, executing strategic planning and all tactical activities to drive product success.
Ensure strong execution of marketing plans/calendars and major launches.
Perform assortment analyses
Monitor product related visual assets and master data (e.g. local product codes)
Build local product offering
Contribute to Retailer discussions preparation on product-related topics (launches, assortment range, prices, exclusivities).
Facilitate communication between Marketing, Commercial, and Digital Commerce teams on product launches, pricing strategies, and sales analysis in line with regional and global policies.
Prepare accurate product forecasts and meticulously monitor inventory levels, working closely with Supply Chain to monitor stocks and sell through data.
Ensure proper coordination and implementation of PR and media plan in cooperation with the Digital Commerce and Marketing Team.
Assist with the development of annual budget of the brand.
Create and monitor expenses related to Product-Specific Projects
Assist in the proper execution of the PR plan in cooperation with the Marketing Manager

Qualifications

Degree (Bachelor and/or MSc) in Marketing or Business Administration field.
At least 3 years of experience in relevant position.
Previous experience in Cosmetics/Fragrance or FMCG would be a plus.
Excellent MS Office skills: particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experience in SAP would be considered as an asset.
Excellent oral & written communication in Greek & English is a requirement.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
A strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and growth.
