We are looking for an experienced Head of HR to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee, develop and manage HR functions.
Sustain and foster a corporate culture that promotes high employee engagement and retention.
Design training and professional development programs, and manage career growth plans.
Optimize and standardize HR processes, monitoring the market to enhance the compensation and benefits package.
Improve HR analytics.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role.
Strong understanding of all HR areas, including training, development, compensation and benefits management, and internal communications.
Proven experience in team leadership with the ability to motivate and develop professionals.
Excellent communication skills, with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and growing company.
Strong analytical thinking.
English proficiency level B2 or above.
