A global company specializing in engineering and technology across sectors such as finance, technology, healthcare, blockchain, and real estate is currently seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to take charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance one of the company's brands presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department.

We are looking for a talented marketing strategist who can inspire team members and drive success. In this role, you will lead the Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.

Responsibilities

Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
Set, monitor, and report on team goals.
Design branding and positioning strategies.
Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material).
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.
Monitor competition (acquisitions, new products and features).
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

Requirements and skills

Work experience as Head of Marketing,
Experience within the trading or iGaming industry
Experience running successful marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
Experience with CRM software
BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
