About the Role:

In this position, you will develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to promote the FragStore and Dark Project brands. Working with key influencers, bloggers, and streamers, you’ll create engagement mechanics and monitor campaign effectiveness. We’re looking for someone passionate about gaming and technology who can build long-term relationships with top industry figures.

Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategies: Help design and execute influencer marketing strategies to expand reach and boost brand awareness.
Identify Influencers: Find and evaluate relevant gaming and computer peripherals bloggers based on performance indicators, statistics, and account analysis.
Create Engagement Mechanics: Design unique and compelling engagement tactics for campaigns.
Coordinate and Communicate: Negotiate terms, prepare briefs, oversee content publication, track KPIs, and manage timelines.
Build Long-Term Relationships: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with influencers.
Analyze Trends: Regularly monitor key influencers and stay updated on new trends and formats in influencer marketing.
Maintain Influencer Database: Build and update a contact database covering various sectors.
Create Presentations and Reports: Prepare presentations in English, maintain dashboards, and generate reports.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years in influencer marketing, preferably within gaming or technology.

English Proficiency: B2 level or higher for communicating with international partners and creating presentations.

Passion for Gaming and Geek Culture: A strong understanding of the target audience to drive authentic and effective engagement.

Nice-to-Haves:

Influencer Network: Experience with gaming and tech influencers, ideally with an established contact base in Europe.
Gaming Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with gaming devices and peripherals to better tailor content for our audience.
