Job Description

As a Customer Support, you will be providing support and troubleshooting on Meta Trader platforms and more.

Detailed Duties And Responsibilities

Supporting clients with technical and troubleshooting issues.
Coordinates with the marketing departments in terms of planning seminars, expos and translations of certain campaigns.
Handles welcome calls/call-back requests.
Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Assists customers to open trading accounts.
Provides general information regarding platforms and services offered.
Providing support and troubleshooting on Meta Trader platforms.
Forward any issues or requests to the head of the department and/or the appropriate department.
Answering e-mails, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments.
Suggests ideas and actions to develop the market.
Dealing with customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Maintains contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Educates the customer where applicable.
Handling of back-office queries.
Liaising with all departments to resolve issues.

Ideal Profile

Targeted Qualifications

Fluency in Japanese Languages, C1 level or higher
Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
Computer literate with strong experience using MS Office applications.
Graduated with a College/University degree.
Works independently and as a part of a team with a willingness to ensure results are achieved.
Experience with trading platforms.
Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
Relevant experience background in the forex industry.
Experience with working with CRM Systems, Chat, and email systems to monitor performance.
Qualifications in economics/ finance or any related field is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
