Qualitas Property Partners (Cyprus) Limited is growing and seeking to find an Accountant to fill the position of Accounts Supervisor. This is a hands-on position working with the Head of Finance to assist in the management of the company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Monitoring the daily performance of the company accounting department.

· Assisting with daily transactions, including Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger.

· Reconciliation of Banks and General Leger Account.

· Preparation and filing of tax returns in an accurate and timely fashion

· Assisting with new employees’ paperwork, communication with Labor Department and Social Insurance.

· Preparation of payroll.

· Assist in the Monthly Reports required to present to the Directors.

· Support management in preparing audit information.

· Track and ensure day to day cashflow with the Head of Finance, and communication with suppliers and clients.

· Review and assist with Client’s Reporting and Audit.

· Be able to operate under heavy workload and deadlines.

· Input in upgrading company’s procedures.

· Other ad-hoc duties as they arise.

Qualifications / Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Holder of LCCI Higher Level.

· ACA/ACCA would be an advantage.

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting would be preferable.

· Strong Microsoft Office skills.

· Knowledge of Xero is an advantage.

· Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.

· Russian would be an advantage.

· Must be able to work with a team and under pressure.

· Excellent organizational and communicational skills.

· Strong work ethic and flexibility in your approach to work required.
