JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for an Office Manager to keep our new Cyprus office running smoothly. You’ll handle day-to-day tasks, support our team, and make sure the office is a great place to work. There’s also scope to take on responsibilities in other areas like HR, giving you the opportunity to grow and contribute in different ways.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a well-organized and efficient environment
Handle mail, deliveries, phone calls, and general office communications
Work with building management, cleaners, and maintenance to keep the workspace functional and tidy
Monitor and maintain office and kitchen supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked
Assist with asset management, ensuring essential items are available and accounted for
Support employees and business partners by setting up workspaces and providing necessary resources
Collaborate with other departments to meet their administrative needs
Take on additional tasks in areas like HR as needed, helping with documentation or processes

YOUR PROFILE:

Previous experience in a similar role, or you're eager to take on new challenges
Fluent in English and Greek, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of things
Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
Friendly, with great people skills and a positive attitude
Proactive problem solver who can take initiative and get things done

BONUS POINTS:

Experience in HR or a willingness to help out with HR tasks
Familiarity with tools like Monday.com or Notion for managing workflows and documentation
