The role:
As Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing payroll for the entire group, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. This includes processing payroll for diverse sectors, such as hospitality and fintech, while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee payroll operations for all employees across the group, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.
- Process payroll for diverse industries, including hospitality, fintech, and other sectors, ensuring compliance with their specific requirements.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws, labor regulations, and tax requirements for all jurisdictions within the group.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, employee files, and ensure proper documentation of all payroll transactions.
- Process and manage deductions, such as taxes, benefits, and other contributions, across various industries.
- Prepare and present detailed payroll reports for management and various stakeholders.
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees professionally and promptly.
- Update and maintain payroll systems to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with Social Insurance, Labor Office, Ergani, and other public services.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably managing payroll for large, multi-industry organizations.
- Previous experience in the hospitality and fintech industries is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Cycom) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax laws, and labor regulations.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and payroll calculations.
- Ability to manage payroll across diverse industries with unique compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Information & Benefits:
- 22 days Annual Leave, increases after 3 years.
- Complementary lunch every Tuesday, Brunch on Fridays.
- Day off on Birthday.
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday : 8:30 to 17:15 & Friday: 8:30 to 17:00.
- Salary range, depending on experience: 1700 to 2000 euro gross/month.
- Fully on site in Larnaca offices.
