As a
QA dedicated to our
Physical Layer (PHY) team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our hardware systems. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing comprehensive tests, including conducting lab tests related to the PHY layer.
As a Cognyter you will:
- You will be a Quality Assurance engineer dedicated to the Physical layer team
- Design, plan and execute tests
- Conducting lab tests related to PHY layer. This includes setting up the environment, configuring the HW and executing the test
- Run and maintain signal generators, signal analysers, oscilloscopes and other related equipment
- Work with other QAs to assure the overall product quality
- Help the team meet the quality and the commitment
Requirements:
For that mission you’ll need:
- B.Sc. in software / computer / electronics engineering
- Experience in working on one of the wireless communications technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G-NR)
- Experience working with test tools like Keysight/Anritsu/R&S for PHY layer performance verification is an advantage
- Experience with PHY and RF interface is a big plus
- 5G NR PHY experience is considered an advantage
- An endlessly curious mind
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
Also important:
- Any programming experience with Python/Matlab or bash is considered advantage
- Hunger to learn and continuously improve
- Excellent English
- Good communication skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
