We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automated testing who can thrive in a start-up, fast-paced environment to meet the demands of a rapidly changing market. Join our team at our Limassol, Cyprus, Cyprus office!
Your Role
- Work with Agile Scrum Methodology to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and procedures for all aspects of the product (Web, UI/UX components, and Backend using API calls).
- Analyse test logs and results, investigate failures, and create detailed bug reports.
- Test new features under development to ensure quality at every stage.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to establish and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct manual testing while building and maintaining automated testing frameworks for scalable and efficient test execution.
- Monitor and address previously identified issues to ensure they are resolved and do not reappear.
- Oversee continuous improvement and provide quality insights for various projects.
- Work with the Product Development team to ensure consistent and timely project execution.
- Plan, prioritise, and execute daily testing tickets to meet project goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with hands-on expertise in manual testing.
- Proven experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Strong understanding of QA tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- A university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Proficiency in the English language is essential.
