Compliance & AML Officer
IC Realty Ltd, a CySEC regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager, is looking to hire a Compliance & AML Officer, based in Nicosia. The candidate will be working alongside an external AML compliance officer. Any previous experience within a similar role will be considered an advantage but not essential. A highly level of attention to detail, accuracy as well as English language is a must.
Key duties/responsibilities:
- Be up to date with rules and regulations and ensure company’s compliance with AML rules & regulations.
- Ensure proper implementation of AML policies and procedures by personally overseeing all internal processes.
- Be responsible for the preparation of investors’ economic profiles at on-boarding stage and conducting risk-based monitoring of investors thereafter.
- Maintain open communication with investors for KYC purposes.
- Be responsible for completing and submitting all required reports to CySEC and central bank on time.
- Additional tasks will be requested for office administration and organization.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor degree in Law/ Finance/ Economics/ Business or related field.
- Holding or obtain the soonest the CySEC AML Certificate, is a must. CySEC Advanced or Basic Certificate will be considered as an advantage.
- Past Experience in Compliance/AML will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Be able to adapt quickly to changes.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Confident written and verbal communication skills in English. Greek will be considered an advantage.
