Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities
o Pleasant and professional personality
o High customer orientation and strong communication
o Attentiveness and patience with guests
o Check-in and arrivals preparation, check-out and departure preparation
o Processing of reservations and updating of customer files
o Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
o Telephone exchange (answer calls, make calls, transfer messages)
o Careful, reliable work and high flexibility
o Willingness to do regular shifts and weekend shifts
o Concierge service (providing information to customers, information on the region, information on public
transport, leisure offers, etc.)
o Ensure that score valuations of Limassol Del Mar always exceed 8.5
o Report to the Assistant Resident Manager to ensure best implementation of the above
Qualifications:
o Minimum three years’ experience in luxury hospitality and in a similar position
o High school graduate: Hotel Management education is a plus
o Confident handling of MS Office and hotel systems, ideally Opera
o Essential languages: Greek and English; Russian will be considered as an advantage
