What are your responsibilities?
- Actively promote the company’s products and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
- Proactively address client needs, build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to clients using the company's trading platforms or systems.
- Stay updated on financial market trends and communicate market updates to clients clearly and effectively.
- Follow the company’s compliance policies and procedures with regards to processing client documentation and other relative matters.
Who are we looking for?
- At least 1-2 years of Account Manager experience in Conversion/Retention position in a financial services company is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must, with fluency in other languages, such as Arabic, Hindi, or French, considered a plus.
- Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Dynamic, innovative and target driven.
- Ability to work independently and taking the initiative to expand the client base.
- Ability to work to handle high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
