Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-field tasks such as installations and troubleshooting, as part of day-to-day technical support operations. The role involves addressing customer service issues and performing maintenance activities.
- Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of IT component inventory and related documentation and technical specification information
- Build, deploy and maintain systems, network, and security infrastructure
- Assist in any other project/tasks as requested
- Manage and report on ticketing system
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Appetite for continuous improvement in the object of his work
- Communicative spirit
- Creative and analytical thinking
- Comfort in customer support either with the physical presence at the site of the fault
- Ability to plan everyday and methodical in the decision-making process when dealing with problematic situations
