Job Description:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports to monitor the organization’s liquidity position and inform Management.
- Reconcile cash flow reports with bank statements and financial records.
- Execute timely and accurate intra-group transfers to support business units across multiple regions.
- Maintain records of intercompany transfers and reconcile any variances.
- Manage cryptocurrency payments, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Monitor crypto wallets and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
- Oversee the company’s online purchasing process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Monitor purchasing requests, validate spending approvals, and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain records of all purchasing payments and transactions and assist with any vendor payment issues or discrepancies.
- Act as a liaison with banks and financial institutions to facilitate smooth treasury operations.
- Resolve transaction discrepancies and handle inquiries related to payments and transfers.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to treasury and purchasing processes, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or procurement, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of Power Query or VBA is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy are a must.
