We are looking for a
Client Onboarding and Success Manager, for Peanuds Ltd., a financial institution located in Larnaca.
Peanuds is shaking up the banking industry with a fresh, modular approach, allowing you to manage multiple bank accounts and financial services seamlessly through a single login. The platform, offers a powerful corporate banking solution with features like multi-Currency support, SEPA transfers, Card Management, and advanced Analytical Tools.
Looking ahead, Peanuds plans to extend these innovative services to retail customers and explore the integration of digital assets later this year.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with onboarding, ensuring that the opening process is completed quickly and contributing to a positive client experience
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and facilitate communication between them and different departments, such as compliance.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM (Hubspot)
- Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dealing with clients, either in support and/or consulting in the B2B sector
- Experience within the payments/banking industry is an advantage
- Experience in onboarding and compliance (preferable AML knowhow)
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear, understandable way
- Education in Business Administration, Economy, or other would be an advantage
- Ability to prioritize own workload and work with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and verbal English and German skills
- Residency in Cyprus is appreciated
