Position Summary
As a Senior Auditor, you will lead and execute high-quality audit engagements, working closely with management to ensure timely delivery and excellence. This role is ideal for experienced auditors eager to make a meaningful impact, take on greater responsibilities, and develop leadership skills in a dynamic, fast-growing firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Identify financial and operational risks and recommend process improvements to clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout engagements.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients to help enhance their operations.
- Deliver exceptional client service by addressing and resolving client concerns promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA or ACA preferred.
- 3-5+ years of auditing experience.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS, and relevant tax regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a client-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with accounting/auditing software (e.g., CaseWare) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Benefits
- Salary: EUR 28,000 - EUR 32,500, based on experience and qualifications.
- Working Hours: Hybrid schedule with flexibility; focus on results over office time with Friday afternoons off.
