Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Concierge at Four Seasons in Limassol. The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional concierge services, managing reservations, handling communication and delivering top-notch customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Concierge Services and Reservations management skills
- Excellent Communication and Receptionist Duties abilities
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a bonus
