Join a well-established gaming studio in Limassol, Cyprus, to build and manage a technical support team from the ground up. You will be establishing internal processes and best practices and collaborating closely with QA and development teams to ensure smooth and efficient problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead an in-house team of specialists, defining and developing required technical skills
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to align team goals and foster individual growth
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills and knowledge
- Analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive performance
- Report team performance, key issues, and escalations to senior management
- Optimize team processes to increase efficiency and enhance support quality
REQUIREMENTS
- Over 2 years of experience in a leadership role in technical support or customer service
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying trends and optimizing team performance
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues
- Proficient in MySQL and working with server/client logs (Lucene)

- Proficiency in support tools including TeamViewer, Grafana, YouTrack, and ClickHouse
- Strong technical background with expertise in gaming platforms (PC, mobile, consoles)
