On behalf of our client, a Real Estate Developer company, we are looking for a
Bookkeeper, to be based at their offices in
Larnaca, Cyprus.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Raises invoices to customers
- Makes purchase payments to our suppliers
- Performs bookkeeping for all companies and collaborates with Accountants
- Is responsible for the company's petty cash and records accounting entries
- Prepares the monthly bank reconciliations and the quarterly VAT return forms
- Monitors daily the company’s clients’ funds
- Communicates with payment providers and keep updated records
- Checks and paying monthly reports for monitoring
- Prepares monthly reports for monitoring
- Ensures the appropriate filing and corresponding invoicing
- Interlinks with Project Manager regarding the final approval of tender
- Manages Property Management accounting
Job Requirements
- A high school diploma is required
- A minimum of 3 years' experience
- Computer literate
- Fluency in Greek and English, in both verbal and written form
- Excellent interpersonal skills
