The Role
As the Head of Cyprus Fiduciary, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our Cyprus fiduciary department. This role requires a blend of business development expertise, ability to grow the business and technical knowledge (Tax, Structuring, Fiduciary etc) to be able to explain our services to prospective clients. You will also be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the existing team.
Who You'll be Working With
You will work with the existing Cyprus Fiduciary team, as well as co-operate with professionals both locally and through our international network of offices. You will report directly to the Director of Cyprus Fiduciary and work closely with our network internationally.
What You'll be Doing
- Developing and executing business development strategies to grow the client base.
- Engaging with potential clients and promoting our range of fiduciary services.
- Attending client meetings, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce new services and expand existing offerings.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of Cyprus Companies Law, tax structuring, and fiduciary services.
- Leading the Cyprus fiduciary team, ensuring efficient and effective operations and exceptional client service.
- Conducting high-level reviews of the department's daily activities and processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Oversee the administration of Cyprus Companies, including bank account opening, corporate secretarial support, and directorship services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Represent Harneys Fiduciary at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the fiduciary team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Take on directorship roles for client companies as required.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of professional experience, with track record in business development and department growth.
- Proven experience in business development within the fiduciary services industry.
- Ability to devise a strategic plan to grow the business.
- Knowledge of Cyprus companies law, tax, and tax structuring.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to be appointed as a Director on client companies.
