FXGlobe.eu is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting and a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the bookkeeping and maintenance of accounting records while ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date
- Handle accounts payable / receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Perform reconciliations, including supplier statement reconciliations, bank statement reconciliations, petty cash reconciliations
- Responsible for the preparation of a payments file and monitoring of the company’s accounting email inbox.
- Assist with payroll related matters where necessary
- Support the finance team in audits and VAT filings.
- Any other tasks / duties as assigned by members of the Finance team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Basic VAT knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in e-Soft accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
