A performance-based Affiliate Network / Digital Marketing company, specializing in the Crypto, Casino, and Dating industries. We are seeking to hire a highly capable and experienced individual for the Head of Advertising Department position. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire advertising team, building strategies for maximizing traffic sales and client engagement while working closely with our advertising partners across key markets.
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience managing a team in the advertising or digital marketing space, with deep knowledge of the crypto industry, as well as casino and dating verticals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the advertising department, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers through continuous and strategic communication.
- Identify and engage new advertising partnerships, maintaining long-term cooperation on a win-win basis with existing clients.
- Support and retain existing advertisers within the network to maximize ongoing business activity.
- Oversee daily monitoring, performance optimization, and scaling of traffic sent by affiliates to advertisers, checking stats, adjusting rates, and testing new sources.
- Plan and execute traffic buying strategies across various geographies, setting traffic caps and budgets accordingly.
- Negotiate and close traffic-selling deals with network advertisers, ensuring mutual growth.
- Drive the department to meet and exceed revenue targets as outlined in the company's business plan.
Qualifications
- Willingness to travel abroad for company-related conventions and events, representing the company in key industry gatherings.
- Increase CRG caps and maintain a high demand for traffic from different brands within the network, ensuring sustained growth and optimization.
- Identify and engage with strong brands, establishing strategic communication channels to enhance relationships and drive additional value for current company clients.
- Recruit new advertisers and brands into the network, expanding the company’s reach and portfolio.
- Manage the brand advertising team, ensuring that the team’s efforts are focused on achieving measurable results and contributing to company growth.
