Job Description
As a Customer Support, you will be providing support and troubleshooting on Meta Trader platforms and more.
Detailed Duties And Responsibilities
- Supporting clients with technical and troubleshooting issues.
- Coordinates with the marketing departments in terms of planning seminars, expos and translations of certain campaigns.
- Handles welcome calls/call-back requests.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Assists customers to open trading accounts.
- Provides general information regarding platforms and services offered.
- Providing support and troubleshooting on Meta Trader platforms.
- Forward any issues or requests to the head of the department and/or the appropriate department.
- Answering e-mails, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments.
- Suggests ideas and actions to develop the market.
- Dealing with customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintains contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Educates the customer where applicable.
- Handling of back-office queries.
- Liaising with all departments to resolve issues.
Ideal Profile
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese Languages, C1 level or higher
- Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Computer literate with strong experience using MS Office applications.
- Graduated with a College/University degree.
- Works independently and as a part of a team with a willingness to ensure results are achieved.
- Experience with trading platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
- Relevant experience background in the forex industry.
- Experience with working with CRM Systems, Chat, and email systems to monitor performance.
- Qualifications in economics/ finance or any related field is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
