Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a dynamic
Financial Planning and Analysis Trainee to join us on a
12month breakthrough journey. Here you will have the chance to be a valued member of our team, you will be immersed in the financial planning and analysis processes, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives and gain hands-on experience in financial modeling and analytics, while contributing to the financial success of our company.

You will be based in
Athens reporting to
Business Controller Greece and responsible to undertake tasks such as:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
- Participate in the development of financial models to evaluate business opportunities.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
For this role as a FP&A Trainee, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; an MBA or Master will be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- Fluency both in English and Greek.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
