Filipino Tagalog Speaking Back Office Officer - Cyprus or Greece
The Role:
We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Back office team. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to monitor, manage and execute client funding requests.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Process deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on established policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures
- Internally assist all departments with any issues related to client funds
- Provide suggestions on system enhancements
- Perform other ad hoc tasks, as requested
Main requirements:
- Degree in finance, economics or accounting
- Experience in a similar position would be considered as an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English
- Ability to work on shift rotation is a must
- Efficient and detail-oriented
- Computer and numerically literate
- Valid work permit required
