Role Functions
- Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Undertake all relevant account duties including taking payments, reconciling accounts, preparing bills, and closing out procedures
- Maintain comprehensive records in the logbook and ensure a thorough handover
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality or similar
- Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional languages will be considered a plus)
