Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes for spa appointments
- Provide information about spa services, treatments, and product offerings to guests
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and changes, ensuring seamless operation of the spa schedule
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions with accuracy
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high standards of customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role within a luxury spa or hospitality environment
- Excellent knowledge of English
