Role Functions
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized service and responding to inquiries
- Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored services to enhance their experience
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence
- Gather guest feedback and collaborate with management to implement improvements
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality or similar
- Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional languages will be considered a plus)
