Purchasing Administration:

- Track and record purchase invoices with precision.
- Ensure deliveries align with our standards and timelines.
Stock Administration:
- Monitor stock levels and forecast inventory needs to ensure supply chain efficiency.
- Update our EPOS system with new stock entries and price adjustments, keeping us up-to-date.
Website Administration:
- Manage web orders with accuracy and efficient communication across departments.
- Ensure customer records are accurately maintained in our EPOS system.
Human Resources & Administrative Support:
- Assist in recruiting efforts, from posting roles to onboarding new hires.
- Keep senior management informed with regular updates and assist with operational tasks.
- Manage annual insurance renewals and keep our systems organized for easy access.
