Responsibilities
- Analysing on a daily basis approval rate of all payment methods and monitoring account
- balances;
- Utilization of payments systems to optimise deposit conversion percentages;
- Reviewing issues identified and reporting to relevant technical teams;
- Assisting teams with relevant information on decline reasons and alternative methods;
- Research, contract negotiations and onboard new payment providers;
- Performing settlement calculations;
- Coordinate new implementations needed to meet Compliance and Regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Fluent English speaker;
- Experience in a similar position;
- Strong Excel and analytical skills;
- Gaming background will be considered as an advantage
