RoleHarneys Fiduciary is seeking a competent Accounts Assistant to join our Cyprus office. This position is office-based at our Limassol off
ice.
The Accounts Assistant is an integral part of the Finance Team mainly supporting the Europe and is responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within the firm’s serv
ices.
What You'll Be
DoingThe successful applicant will be working alongside the global finance function of a leading international offshore fiduciary firm. The Accounts Assistant is accountable for processing and monitoring transactions to ensure they are recorded in accordance with the firm policy and financial reporting require
ments.

ilities• Verify invoice details, including amounts, dates, and vendor info
rmation• Receive, review, and process incoming i
nvoices• Maintain accurate and organized records of all i
nvoices• Provide finance operation support and cover by processing Revenue related transactions (billing, cash receipts & client monies), Accounts Payables transactions (Vendor invoices, Disbursements & Staff Reimbursement) and Bank transactions (Daily cashbook & Bank Reconciliations) to maintain an up-to-date status of the firm’s working capital and liquidity p
osition• Prepare and submit UK and Cyprus VAT Returns and process VAT related entries into the
system• Work proactively to enhance the accuracy of the Firm’s financial reporting and meet set de
adlines• Liaise with different global teams to resolve
matters• Provide support mainly to the other jurisdiction Fiduciar

irements• 3-4 years of experience working in a similar role within
finance• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field d
