IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. On behalf of IronFX, we are looking to hire an Online Reputation Specialist to act as the Company's brand guardian across the internet.
Job location: Cyprus/ remote EU
Job Description:
- Work closely with our Head of ORM to analyze reputation factors and measure online brand reputation
- Help with planning, developing and implementing the Company’s ORM strategy, under the guidance of the Head of ORM and department management
- Work closely with External Agencies & Content Team for repurpose of existing content across various new channels
- Provide mechanisms to prevent and effectively deal with online reputation threats
- Detect ongoing trends and mitigation options by collecting and analyzing online data
- Submit regular reports to the Head of ORM and prepare ad hoc reports for the department’s management and company’s management
Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- SEO experience will be considered a big plus
- Previous experience will be considered a plus, but not a requirement
- High attention to details is a must
- Ability to work as part of the team and be proactive
- Excellent analytical, communication and organization skills
