IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. Noteris services limited on behalf of IronFX, is looking to hire a Customer Support Officer (English speaking) with a keen interest and the ability to assist the company's clientele with any questions, queries or technical problems that may arise.
Job Description:
- Provide support to customers via live chat, email and/or telephone
- Resolve client queries and provide support when required
- Be the liaison between client’s requests, customer service and back office operations
- Offer support to the Business Development Managers
- Ensure that all client’s requests are processed on time with no delays
- Provide a quality customer support during the account opening stages as well as throughout the existence of the trading account
- Promote the Company’s services
- Drafting, monitoring daily reports and completing tasks assigned to them by the Head of Department or Management at a high level
Person Specification:
- Previous experience (6 months-2 years) in a related customer support position (preferably online support via live chat/email) is a must
- University degree in Business Management or a relevant field
- Business fluency in the English language, both written and verbal is a must
- Excellent communication skills over the telephone and email
- Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Customer-oriented personality and ability to answer to clients’ queries and resolve issues in a polite manner
- Good time management skills and priority handling
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Initiative to find answers to new questions
- Ability to work with shifts

Working hours: Monday-Friday, shifts on weekly rotation between 07:00-22:00
