With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and architectural excellence, our client is expanding their team and looking for a talented Site Engineer / Project Manager to join their construction department in Paphos.

Candidate profile:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the construction industry.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Fluency in Greek is a must.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Duties and responsibilities:

Organize and manage assigned projects from the ground up to commissioning.
Monitor key project key parameters, including budget, timeline, and quality.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications.
Oversee and review technical drawings and specifications.
Attend progress and technical meetings.
Prepare cost estimations and analyses.
Perform overall quality control of the work (including budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance) and report regularly on project status.
Oversee delivery and commissioning processes.
Manage construction operations on-site, ensuring a successful project completion with time, budget, and quality constraints.
Conduct planning and scheduling.
Provide technical advice and solve on-site problems.
Ensuring the implementation of health & safety procedures, policies, and legislation.
Manage materials scheduling and budgeting.
