We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team in Mesogi, Cyprus. As a valued member of our retail staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales efforts.

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Offer product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Handle cash, card payments, and maintain a balanced till
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are well-presented
• Restock shelves and assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
• Participate in promotional activities and special events as required

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Basic maths skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with stock movement
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Keen interest in our product range and willingness to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
